Batchmixer Gebr. Jensen JMT4000

The Gebr. Jensen JMT4000 is an industrial batch mixer with a mixing capacity of 4,000 litres. The mixer is equipped with a bomb-door discharge system for fast and efficient emptying after each mixing cycle.

The JMT4000 operates at 46 RPM and is driven by a 55 kW SEW motor. The machine has a capacity of up to 50 m³ per hour, depending on the product and process conditions. This mixer is ATEX-rated and was reconditioned in 2026, making it suitable for use in industrial bulk material mixing and processing installations.
