The Salmatec Maxima 580 pellet mill is a robust and reliable press designed for animal feed production, with a capacity of approximately 5–10 tons per hour, depending on the product and pellet size.

The pellet mill is driven by 2 Schorch motors of 55 kW each and features a die with an internal diameter of 580 mm and a die track of 150 mm. The press is equipped with 2 rollers and is supplied with spare rollers.

Also included is a Woerner greasing unit, providing reliable lubrication of the press during operation.
