Pellet Press Andritz V3-150

The Andritz V3-150 pellet mill is a robust and versatile press suitable for the production of animal feed, biomass and recycling products. Depending on the application and product, the capacity is approximately 5–10 tons per hour for animal feed and 1–3 tons per hour for biomass and recycling applications.

The pellet mill is driven by a 110 kW Cantoni motor, equipped with a reinforced NU 318 C3 front bearing. It features a 450 mm internal die diameter, a 110 mm die track and operates with 3 rollers.

The press is supplied with the rollers currently installed, as well as a spare roller set. The product inlet is equipped with a permanent magnet for the separation of ferrous metal particles.
