Pellet press Buhler DMFJ

The Buhler DMFJ pellet press is a versatile machine suitable for biomass and recycling applications as well as animal feed production. This used pellet press delivers reliable performance and is designed for small to medium-sized production operations.

The machine is driven by a 45 kW MEZ motor and is equipped with 2 dimple rollers with manual roll adjustment, allowing precise control of the pressing process.

Please note: the door needs to be renewed.

For biomass and recycling applications, the machine offers a capacity of less than 1 ton per hour. For animal feed production, the press can process up to 5 tons per hour, depending on the product and formulation.

The pellet press features a die with an inner diameter of 420 mm and a die track width of 110 mm, ensuring efficient pellet production and consistent product quality.
