The Salmatec Maxima 580 Pellet Press is a robust and efficient pellet press designed for high-capacity animal feed production. This used machine offers a capacity of 5 to 10 tons per hour and combines reliable performance with an energy-efficient design.

The pellet press is driven by 2x ABB motors of 55 kW each, providing a total installed power of 110 kW. The machine features a die with an inner diameter of 580 mm and a die track width of 150 mm, ensuring efficient pressing and consistent pellet quality.

The press is equipped with 3 dimple rollers for optimal pressure distribution and stable production performance. The backwall of the press is fully stainless steel and the machine is painted in RAL1013.

The control panel is designed for a double pelleting line executed in combination with the Salmatec 700-225 pellet press.

Not suitable for biomass or recycling applications.
