Description
The refurbished Andritz V3-75 pellet press is a versatile and efficient machine suitable for biomass, recycling, and animal feed applications. The machine is equipped with a 37 kW motor and has a production capacity of less than 1 ton per hour for biomass and recycling products, and up to 5 tons per hour for animal feed.
This pellet press features an internal die diameter of 350 mm and a die track width of 80 mm. The machine is equipped with 3 fluted rollers and a manual roller adjustment system for reliable and consistent pellet production.
The press is fitted with a normal steel door. In addition, the rotor has been fitted with new bearings and seals, the electric motor has new bearings, and the machine is supplied with new SKF V-belts.
The Andritz V3-75 offers a compact and dependable solution for small-scale pellet production across multiple industrial applications.
