The Andritz Paladin 1200 is a robust used pellet press manufactured by Andritz-Simon Heesen, suitable for both animal feed and biomass applications. The machine is driven by 2 x AEG 90 kW motors, providing reliable performance for industrial pellet production.

This pellet press has a production capacity of approximately 5–10 tons per hour for animal feed and 1–3 tons per hour for biomass and recycling products, depending on the material and formulation.

The machine features an internal die diameter of 650 mm and a die track width of 141 mm. It is equipped with 3 rollers in dimple execution, ensuring efficient and consistent pelletizing performance.

At the moment, the machine is configured for animal feed production, but the pellet press can be converted for biomass, recycling, or wood pellet production.
