Preconditioner Buhler Hytherm DVHA2000

The refurbished Bühler Hytherm DVHA2000 is an efficient preconditioner and hygienizer designed for conditioning and hygienization processes in industrial feed production applications. The machine has a production capacity of approximately 10–15 tons per hour.

This Hytherm DVHA2000 is executed entirely in stainless steel, ensuring hygienic operation and long service life in demanding production environments.

The machine was fully reconditioned in 2024, including bearing inspection and replacement of gearbox oil. The hygienizer is painted in RAL1013.

The unit is driven by a 5.5 kW Nord gearmotor, providing reliable and energy-efficient operation.
