Conditioner Salmatec Salmacon

This Salmatec Salmacon conditioner was fully reconditioned in 2025 and is designed for biomass and recycling applications. Built for reliable and efficient material conditioning, it provides consistent product preparation before the pelleting process.

The machine is manufactured entirely in stainless steel and features additional insulation to improve process stability and heat retention. During the reconditioning process, new mixer paddles, bearings and V-belts were installed. The 11 kW WEG motor was also overhauled and fitted with new bearings, ensuring dependable operation and long service life.

With internal dimensions of Ø450 x 1800 mm and a centre-to-centre inlet-outlet distance of 1570 mm, this conditioner is well suited for medium to large-scale production lines. Its recent refurbishment, stainless steel construction and upgraded components make it a reliable and cost-effective solution for demanding industrial environments.
