Pellet Press Buhler DPAA

The Buhler DPAA Pellet Press is a robust and efficient pellet press designed for a wide range of pelleting applications. This used machine offers a capacity of 5 to 15 tons per hour and is powered by a strong 160 kW motor, ensuring reliable performance during continuous production.

The pellet press features an inner die diameter of 660 mm and a die track width of 178 mm, providing efficient compression and consistent pellet quality. The machine is equipped with 2 dimple rollers for optimal product processing.

This unit includes an installed Woerner greasing unit for automatic lubrication and improved operational reliability. In addition, the machine comes with a baseframe and a die and roller lifting device, simplifying maintenance and component changes.

Not suitable for biomass or recycling applications.
