The Andritz Paladin 1600-3R is a used pellet press designed for high-capacity production in both animal feed and biomass applications. The machine is equipped with 2 x BBC 90 kW motors, fitted with reinforced NU217 main bearings for improved durability and operational reliability.
This pellet press offers a production capacity of approximately 10–15 tons per hour for animal feed and 1–5 tons per hour for biomass and recycling products, depending on the material and formulation.
The machine features an internal die diameter of 850 mm and a die track width of 210 mm. It is equipped with 2 dimple rollers and a manual roller adjustment system for reliable and efficient pelletizing performance.
