Pellet press Salmatec Maxima 700-225

The Salmatec Maxima 700-225 is a reliable pellet press designed for efficient animal feed pelleting processes. This used model is equipped with 2 x 110 kW main motors, delivering strong and dependable performance for industrial applications. The machine is suitable for a production capacity of approximately 10–15 tons per hour animal feed, depending on the product and formulation.

This is a type 700-225 pellet press, referring to the internal die diameter of 700 mm and a die track width of 225 mm. Please note that the die is not included with the machine.

The press is currently equipped with 3 rollers in dimple execution and features a manual roller adjustment system. It is fitted with a fully insulated door and is ATEX equipped for safe operation in demanding production environments.

Both main motors are fitted with reinforced NU319 front bearings for improved durability and operational reliability. The pellet press is supplied with a base frame, but without a control panel.
