The Salmatec Maxima 840-240-3R pellet press is a powerful used machine designed for demanding pelleting applications in animal feed, biomass, and recycling industries. The machine is equipped with 2x 132 kW main motors capacity and offers reliable, high-capacity performance for industrial production environments.

This pellet press features an internal die diameter of 840 mm and a die track width of 240 mm, combined with a 3-roll configuration for optimal pelleting efficiency and throughput.

The machine is suitable for production capacities of approximately 10–15 tons per hour for animal feed and 3–5 tons per hour for biomass and recycling products, depending on the material and formulation.

The press is ATEX equipped and fitted with electric motors featuring reinforced front bearings for increased durability and operational reliability. Included with the machine are a die hoist, tooling, a Woerner greasing unit, and a main greasing pump.

The rollers were fully reconditioned in 2025, and the machine is painted in RAL7032.
